Saturday

Lunch: Salad and chicken.

Dinner: 1 orange, vegetable salad, and 2 eggs.

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 1 piece of citrus fruit.

Lunch: Steamed vegetables, low-fat cheese, and 2 eggs.

Dinner: Salad and chicken.

Friday

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 1 piece of citrus fruit.

Lunch: A sardine salad.

Dinner: Salad and 2 eggs.

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 1 piece of citrus fruit.

Lunch: Salad and chicken.

Dinner: Fruit.

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 1 piece of citrus fruit.

Lunch: Steamed vegetables and chicken.

Dinner: The same as for lunch.

While you’re on this diet, you should drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated

Take as many as eight to ten glasses of water per day. This will also help to rid your body of toxins.

For the best results try to get half an hour of exercise every day.

There are a few other rules you should stick to:

No junk food.
